Application Blocker by Java Security
To solve this issue open “Configure Java“
in the Java Control Panel, go to Security tab and click on “Edit Site List …”
in the next window click on “Add” button
enter http://10.2.22.66:8080 and click OK
in the next window confirm by clicking on “Continue”
Then click OK
